Privacy Policy

MaxxHaul Privacy Policy

By accessing and using this site, you agree to the following Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

1. Purpose of This Policy

This policy explains what information is handled when you use the MaxxHaul website. The site is primarily informational. We collect only what is necessary to operate, secure, and respond to your requests.

2. Server Logs (Collected by Our Hosting Provider)

When you visit our site, our hosting provider FastComet automatically records standard server logs. These logs may include your IP address, date/time of request, requested URL, HTTP status code, referrer, and user-agent. MaxxHaul does not itself collect or store IP addresses apart from their appearance within these host-managed logs. We do not combine these logs with other data or use them to identify you. Logs are used for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and to ensure the site functions. FastComet stores these logs on our behalf and protects them under its own policies. We do not sell or rent this information.

3. Information You Submit via Forms or Registration

If you complete the Contact Us form or register for an account, we collect and retain the details you provide—such as your name, email address, phone number, and any message or profile information—for the purposes of responding to you, creating or maintaining your account, and record-keeping.

4. Product/Company Inquiries

When you use the product inquiry to ask about a company or product, you instruct us to share the personal data you provide (e.g., name, email address, phone number, and inquiry details) with MaxxHaul customer service so they can contact you and facilitate the requested business interaction. After we transmit your inquiry, those recipients handle your information under their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), to help us understand how visitors use this site and to improve its performance and content. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information such as:

  • Your IP address (which Google may truncate/anonymize)
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring/exit URLs
  • Approximate geographic location (e.g., city or region level)
  • General interactions with site content

This information is transmitted to and processed by Google on our behalf in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Analytics Terms of Service. We use this data only in aggregate, statistical form to analyze traffic trends and improve the site; we do not use Google Analytics to identify individual visitors.

Your choices: You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect some site functionality.

Other than Google Analytics, this website does not use additional cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising technologies.

6. Use and Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. Service providers (including FastComet, our CDN, DDoS protection, email relay, and Google Analytics) may process information strictly to operate, secure, and analyze use of the site under contractual obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information under our control. FastComet applies its own safeguards to server logs stored on our behalf, and Google applies its own safeguards to Analytics data processed on our behalf.

8. International Transfers

Depending on your location and our service providers, data (including form submissions, server logs, and Google Analytics data) may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. We take steps to ensure appropriate protections consistent with applicable law, including relying on service providers’ standard contractual safeguards where applicable.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data. This may include the right to opt out of analytics tracking as described in Section 5. Because we do not maintain user accounts unless you register and otherwise keep limited data, our ability to identify you may be constrained. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice. By continuing to use this site after updates are posted, you agree to the revised policy.

11. Contact Us
